Full-stack development of a production e-commerce platform, covering storefront, admin dashboard, backend APIs, authentication, RBAC, product and inventory management, cart, checkout, orders, discounts, refunds, notifications, and Razorpay payments. Migrated the platform from Supabase to self-hosted PostgreSQL and MinIO infrastructure while maintaining existing functionality and production data.

Built and maintained the SportzSaga e-commerce platform across both frontend and backend, implementing product catalog, collections, cart, wishlist, inventory, checkout, orders, discounts, refunds, search, customer accounts, and admin management features.
Implemented OAuth 2.0, magic-link verification, account security, RBAC, Razorpay payments, guest checkout, notifications, and marketing integrations including Google Shopping, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and Microsoft Clarity.
Led the migration from Supabase to a self-hosted PostgreSQL and MinIO architecture, including database and storage migration, API compatibility updates, Docker-based development environments, production deployment, and testing without data loss or downtime.
Developed an MCP server for the e-commerce backend with secured tools, authentication, prompts, and resources, enabling AI-ready access to business operations and future automation workflows.
